In the Beginning
God created Adam Kadmon, Seraphita, the so-called Holy Hermit. Pretty good for a first attempt. Too good, in fact, because the six-winged Seraphita turned out to be too powerful, too god-like himself and swiftly fell out of favour.
And so God continued to carry out his experiments in creating life. The ape-descendants on Assiah and the various angels in heaven. His greatest success was with the twin angels drawn from the same stock as Seraphita. Each effectively embodied one half of Seraphita, his power, his nature. As he had six wings (the reserves of and angel’s astral power) they had three each. These new beings, these seraphic twins were named Alexiel and Rociel.
Alexiel, the female had the positive aspect and they called her the Organic Angel. She came to stand against the creator and led a holy war against the corrupt regime in Heaven. A warrior angel of the old, book of revelations, flaming sword school. Compassionate, judicious, a figurehead for the revolution.
Her brother Rociel was the negative, known as the Inorganic Angel. Of all the angels, he was God’s favourite. A celebrity in Heaven, thanks to his beauty and extravagant behaviour. A glamourous but flawed character.
